### 5/5 — Nice to see an update

*2026-08-28*

Nothing to report. Will update if needed.

### 5/5 — IT’s BACK!!!

*2026-08-18*

Auria (Pro) is now back thanks to some recent updates and is now amazing again! Professional level recording capabilities, the best mixer anywhere, fantastic automation and time stretching features. The wonderful Salamander Piano, FabFilter Twin 1 and 2 Synths. This is THE APP if you want to create studio quality music.

### 4/5 — 13” pro update

*2026-02-27*

I love using this product and simple and intuitive design. Would Y’all up date the app to fit the iPad Pro 13” screens? I use Auria five days a week, to create for My YT channel. I wanted a bigger screen to work with, and got it . But, Auria shrinks to the left top corner as a 11” Pad view. Merci, :) Nashville, Tn.

### 1/5 — CRASHES…1 year with no update and I spent a fortune

*2026-01-01*

Spent much on this and it’s add ins and can’t even launch it on the latest iOS. Wish I could always count on it but seems to not be the case.

What happened to this app? I’ll gladly beta test but not keeping an iPad up to date isn’t good practice nor security. Please test this app better.

### 1/5 — Was great once…

*2025-06-04*

Currently on latest gen iPad Pro with m4, the timeline view doesn’t fit the screen vertically and horizontally and the mixer view doesn’t stretch vertically anymore. It makes working in Auria a PITA and not fun anymore.

It seems the developers have abandoned Auria, which is disappointing, because it’s such a powerhouse of a DAW on iOS.

### 4/5 — Great but…

*2025-01-08*

I have had this app and tons of plugins for years. I absolutely love the flow and look of this DAW. So why the 4 stars instead of 5 you ask? Good question. I have a file app on my iPad. I can move any document, movie, song, etc that I want from iPad to computer using external hard drives, usb sticks and the like all without using Dropbox. I hate Dropbox. This useless function, forcing me to use Dropbox, in order to transfer my songs or tracks is crazy. There is no need for it and it is becoming a problem now that I am not only mixing audio but also video. Did I say that I hate Dropbox?
I am thinking about going to another DAW after all these years.
Please change this useless function. Please let me have control over my own music without placing it on some cloud for the world to see before it’s copy written. Please let me transfer files like every other program on earth.

### 5/5 — Still works for me

*2024-09-01*

I don’t use it as much since I don’t work in radio but this app still works

### 5/5 — Still the Best daw on iPad

*2024-06-09*

This app is amazing. It’s not Cubase. I don’t consider it an all in one. But it does do audio as a professional daw solution better than any of them.

### 1/5 — No longer formats on iPad Pro 11

*2024-04-18*

Used to be good, but the “Pro” upgrade no longer formats to my iPad 11 pro m2. It’s basically unusable for me now. Over $100 wasted down the tube (including in-app purchases) - I’ve sent messages about the problems to the developers support forum and directly to the developer with no response.

It appears to be abandoned. I wonder why Apple still allows this to be sold if it’s no longer supported and no longer functioning on latest Apple devices?

Buyer beware! If the dev ever replies with a fix, I’ll update my review

### 1/5 — Can’t connect to midi keyboard

*2024-02-07*

I can’t get my MIDI keyboard to connect.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.410 — 2026-08-27

• Audio Units with more than one output can now feed separate tracks. A plug-in's extra outputs — ReStem's individual drum stems, for example — appear in a track's input menu under "Plug-in Outputs", and choosing one sets up the routing for you.

• Fixed MIDI tracks slowly drifting out of time over the course of a long playback.

• Realtime quantize now places notes correctly when a plug-in that reports latency is loaded.

• Fixed crashes on iPadOS 26, including when using Undo and when Auria analysed a region's transients.

• Restore Purchases no longer reports success while restoring nothing.

• Auria no longer stops saving permanently if its project folder has been moved or deleted.

• Fixed a burst of noise in the master output on play and stop when a plug-in reports a large latency.

• Delay compensation fixes: tracks fed from a bus or from a plug-in output now line up with the rest of the mix, bypassing an Audio Unit updates compensation straight away, and the playhead follows what you hear.

• Recordings made through a subgroup are now placed at the correct position.

• Scrubbing follows your finger accurately again, and no longer goes silent when a plug-in with latency is loaded.

• Fixed a crash in Drumagog when its kit files are missing.

• Various stability fixes, including a rare crash when plug-in latency changes during playback.

### 2.400 — 2026-08-19

• Fixed audio stuttering issue on iPadOS 26.

• Fixed the app being closed by the system while loading an Audio Unit plug-in.

• Fixed multi-second freezes when files are added to or changed in Auria's Documents folder.

• Fixed Linear knob mode not taking effect on the channel strip, master strip and the built-in plug-ins.

• Unfreezing a mono track now gives it its mono channel back instead of leaving it in stereo.

• More reliable audio when changing the buffer size or switching audio devices, and more dependable Audio Unit and Inter-App Audio plug-in scanning.

• Various stability and memory fixes, including a crash on iOS 12.

### 2.390 — 2026-08-14

• Fixed timing drift with plug-ins that update their latency after loading, including ReStem 2 — delay compensation now follows the change instead of missing it.

• Fixed a crash when replacing a plug-in on a track.

• Fixed a crash when disconnecting an Inter-App Audio app.

• Fixed stability issues on earlier iPads.

### 2.380 — 2026-08-12

• Inter-App Audio no longer loads automatically. Auria now lists the IAA plug-ins a project uses and loads them only when you choose to — this prevents the hangs IAA has been causing.
• Fixed the app freezing during Restore Purchases and when installing purchased content.
• Faster AudioUnit loading, especially plug-ins with many presets.
• Fixed stray taps being registered while the app was busy.
• Fixed a possible freeze when splitting regions.
• Improved crash reporting.

### 2.370 — 2026-08-11

Fixed various stability issues and added support for newer iPads.
