Your journal is now available at auriclejournal.com — the full Auricle experience from any browser on any computer. Record a new entry, get your AI reflection, continue the conversation, browse past entries, and view your weekly insights. The same personas, the same AI memory, the same voice — now on desktop.

Photos, everywhere
Add photos to any journal entry — during recording or after the fact. Photos now appear as thumbnails in your entry list, in a carousel on the home screen, and in full on each entry detail. The home screen carousel picks a random image from your library each time, framed with a gold border.

Map View
Your entries with identifiable locations now appear on a dark map. Tap any pin to open the entry. A quiet way to see where your inner life has taken you.

Smarter Notifications
Daily journaling prompts now arrive with an AI-generated question — not a generic reminder. Set the exact time you want to be prompted, and choose which notification types you receive: daily prompts, streak alerts, weekly summaries, and reflection-ready alerts.

A complete visual overhaul
Every screen has been rebuilt from the ground up with a new design system. Deep dark backgrounds, a new color palette with gold accents for Wiser Self and premium moments, redesigned entry cards with persona badges and photo thumbnails, a hero mic button that glows when recording, and a persona selector with a distinct gold treatment for Wiser Self. The Auricle logo now appears as the actual logo, not text.

Dark splash screen
The app now opens with a dark background from the first frame. No more white flash on launch.

Sign-in reliability
Google and Apple sign-in are more reliable across cold starts and edge cases. Audio from reflections now correctly routes to your device loudspeaker in all scenarios.

Persona default from Settings
Whichever persona you set in Settings is now the default when you open the Record screen. Change it anytime per-entry without affecting your default.

As always, your journal is private, your data is yours, and Auricle has no ads.
