It's why I installed the app ### 2/5 — For an ap set2deal w/people w/ADHD it doesn’t anticipate or provide safety nets. *2025-11-05, version 2.17.0* I spent hours and hours setting up three different morning routines for three different kinds of mornings that I have. As I was working on them and I stepped away when I went back, it failed to save the changes or it failed to hold onto the drafts and say, would you like to save this? Incredibly frustrating. Number two if I asked it to send me a morning routine at 8:30 and I didn’t respond to it or I responded to it and I left it. It sent me another morning routine and then a half hour sent me another one // it didn’t just hold onto the one that I originally worked on :: very frustrating. It is exceptionally good at AI searches on any subject. That help with hyper focus . ### 1/5 — I cannot cancel this subscription. I’ve tried everything. I had to stop it through my bank. *2025-10-22, version 2.15.0* The Ai sends you in circles and says someone will contact you, they never do. Same with email, same questions, they say they cannot find your account. Then they say they will escalate your issue, but you never hear back. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2025-10-20, version 2.15.0* I downloaded the app to give it a go and it has been impossible to cancel. Very disappointing. It is very expensive, I am not using it and I still get charges for membership. So frustrating, sent various messages to customer service and nothing. Be careful if you download. ### 1/5 — Won’t stop charging me *2025-10-19, version 2.15.0* I have tried to cancel this app. I tried to cancel it in July and I got an email telling me how great this app was and everything it does for me. However, my credit card they’re using expired in June, yet they continue to charge it. I just got a notice that it’s going to renew on the 21st. When I finally found the portal through Stripe to cancel (after searching in the App Store and on PayPal) it said it would cancel it as of October 22. Interesting – it renews on the 21st so they’re going to charge me one more time still using an expired credit card. This isn’t necessarily a review about the app and if it works or not, this is a review about the company that continues to use an expired credit card and won’t let me cancel. However, I have given 4* because the support team have been fantastic. I have found them to be very responsive and kind. They have also sorted problems for me that maybe I could have done within the app (cancelling my subscription), so have saved my adhd brain from a bit more overwhelm! I wish all support teams were this supportive! I don’t want it and this is super sketchy behavior. ### 1/5 — **Not helpful with ADHD** *2025-09-06, version 2.13.1* This is not helpful at all and is a waste of money. I requested a refund after only a few days and I have to basically wait out my term so there goes $40 down the drain but anyway it’s just a bunch of and not useful at all, so save your app that has proven to help people with ADHD to organize their day in their life. This one is not it. I like the AI interface. The app is not what I would call intuitive but the AI bot does a good job of answering how to questions. There are some key functions I would like to see added. Here are the key features I believe are essential to fulfilling the app’s promise:1.Music Integration: The ability to play music directly from services like Spotify during routines would make the experience more engaging and seamless.2.Persistent Reminders: Notifications that repeat until I either complete or skip a routine are crucial for ensuring I don’t miss important tasks.3.Enhanced Alerts: More noticeable reminders, such as louder sounds, vibrations, or pop-ups, would help ensure I don’t overlook them. ### 1/5 — Refund *2025-08-28, version 2.13.0* I was just charged over $100.00 and I have no use for this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2026-08-19, version 2.27.0* Apparently I signed up for this app by mistake although it’s never shown a widget on my phone and I’ve never logged in. I’m assuming I must have clicked on something through an ad and mistakenly subscribed or forgot to cancel before the trial ended) if that’s something they do. I’m genuinely not sure - as I have never used it. But had one hell of a time trying to cancel this payment. It doesn’t come up under subscriptions on my phone to un-subscribe and the end of user agreement they link goes to a blank page that says 404. Would appreciate if anyone out there has any idea of I cancel before just going to the bank to stop payment. They tell you to select options that don’t exist in the app and then stop replying to any messages. The AI itself says it will submit a cancellation request for you which results in nothing followed by it saying it’s incapable of canceling a subscription. Learning to work 15 minutes on a project then taking a break. Developing a routine that’s livable and works for me. Not trying to fit myself into what others do and tout as the “way” things are “supposed” to look or be. Hey, I’m a work in progress! I’m not striving to be perfect. I may have twenty-five years to practice and learn, beginning now. One of the best things I’ve found is how quickly Aurora comes up with possible things that might help me work on a project I.E. remove twenty plus year old wall paper that had been painted over. Not only does it give me ownership but encourages me not to give up. Aurora also suggests things I can reward myself with as I progress.
