I have also had multiple occasions where it says my mobile check deposit was successful, but the money never appeared in my account, at which point I had to retry or go into the bank in person. Definitely needs work. ### 5/5 — Love the app *2023-12-22* Allows me to transfer money easily from my account to my family or friends account. ### 2/5 — Don’t like the app *2023-10-06* I don’t like like this app at all. You can’t see pending transactions so you’d have to guess what’s coming out if you don’t do a check register. And this “new version” update won’t let you actually update it so you can see your balance. Very frustrating! It’s a basic feature of a banking app. Why is this not being fixed.
