I played for hours both chapter 1 and 2 and am desperate for more. I would genuinely pay $9.99 for each game instead of $3.99 I think it is absolutely worth it especially since its a game that doesn’t force you to pay money inside the game, just a one time purchase and I would pay it for a bunch more to come out. ### 5/5 — Great game *2026-06-14, version 1.0.2* Excellent and immersive game. Had to use a hint in three places (outhouse, chain link fence code, chicken). I think that’s pretty darn good actually. Some real out of the box thinking required. Only hiccup is the back button in the utility shed area actually doesn’t take you back to your prior location - it moves you to a new area (as if you stepped backwards, rather than “return to previous location”). I’m happy to say the length and impressive quality of the game made me feel like I got my money’s worth. This might be my favorite of the many escape room style games I’ve played. Keep an eye on that creepy doll…she has at least one trick up her sleeve that caught me by surprise. It takes a while for this duo to release their games, since they seem to do it all themselves, but it's well worth the wait. Once again, great puzzles, great maps, great music, great story. Puzzles are challenging but almost always solvable, even if I have to get a clue, then kick myself for not having figured it out. Chapter 2 builds more tension on top of Chapter 1, leading to lots of anticipation for Chapter 3! Guys, keep up the great work! The clues weren’t too hard, tho there was a normal or hard version. Not sure about the hard version but I picked normal where you could pass or get hints. Been loving the story and the mystery. And there is still some stuff that is left a mystery that I hope will be explained next chapter. But this game is so fun to replay and is worth the wait. One more thing, It’s okay if you don’t want to say this yet but I was wandering if chapter 3 is going to be the final chapter or if there will be a chapter 4, I don’t mind if you don’t want to say yet, I’m might just be a little bit curious. Then add in the VERY intelligent puzzles and we get an immersive game experience that keeps us thinking and engaged. Like others have mentioned, this game is well worth MORE than the current price. [My ONLY wee-little suggestion is to change up the background music/sounds to reflect the environment/nature ambiance. Constant “tension-music” can become repetitive & distracting for those of us who tend to get hyper-focused within games that have multi-sensory components.] But overall, that’s irrelevant to the bigger picture. This game was so good that I’m compelled to tell everyone else how great it is. I’ve played through so many other point and click puzzle games including Meridian 157 and this is truly one of the best ones out there. The puzzles are challenging yet doable. I felt like every puzzle or clue led nicely into the next one so I never felt frustrated by a dead end. The length of the game is really impressive as well, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. The story was also engaging and cohesive and had just enough mystery to keep me on edge. It’s a little annoying to click through so many different scenes to get from one to the next since the game doesn’t use a map, but also it gives that feel of a man just walking through the woods by himself so I’m really not complaining that much. One detail I’ve always liked from these games is the narrators thoughts. They add a lot of life to the character and the thoughts are like mini hints to either stop searching and move on or keep doing something, which I find really helpful. And just as an added bonus the amazing art, music, and sound effects make the whole game that much more immersive and enjoyable to play.
