Solid UI and great miscellaneous features that I’d taken for granted now that I’ve had to transition away for 2nd Edition. It has everything I would want from an app like this! It works very well for putting together squads. It's also very handy for reference when setting up for a match as well as brainstorming ideas on squad variants. It makes putting fleets together manageable, and you can save an infinite amount of combinations. For a game that's has sooo much card management, this takes the edge off. Very user friendly and the designer fixes issues with it as they come up. Developers seem too focused on graphics and less on functionality. ### 1/5 — Crashes more than a drunk 6 year old playing bumper cars *2018-02-17, version 1.3.2* Developers consistently late on content releases, no intuitive way to manage a collection. And by far the worst part is the constant crashes. Anytime you make a change to an existing squad, sometimes when just searching for an upgrade. And doing just basic functions it just crashes super consistently. There are no cars images on this app unlike some squad builders, in fact I’m sure that if this app has to compete with ones from the play store it would see no use. ### 1/5 — Love the App but the update crashes like crazy *2018-02-07, version 1.3.2* Since the update, this thing crashes every time I select upgrade cards. It does it on two different phones. I have downloaded it multiple times but the app keeps shutting itself down. Even if the app would would the list building is so not user friendly that I don't know why I keep trying. Beware this maybe the only app for x wing but unfortunately it's not up to par. If only there is a better developer that could help. Once you go to squad builder to import is where is is the main problem after that then it's the interface there is only good reviews because it's the only app out there. If you move through a menu too fast, it crashes. If you select burnout slams as an upgrade, it crashes. And so on. I use it to track what I have and see what I can build or what I need to try and purchase. It may not work for 2.0 but it’s still better than that mess, and if you continue to play the original game, this app is a must have. Great job to the devs making sure all 1.0 content is there and supported. I’m sure it was tough when the new edition launched, but well done. This is the cleanest easiest to use squad building app. ### 5/5 — Favorite Squad Builder App *2018-09-17, version 1.3.4* I’ve used 3 Squad Builder Apps for X-wing and this is my favorite. The others don’t have a ‘copy pilot’ for generic pilots. Plus Aurora has a Notes Feature which is very handy for ideas and battle records. And I also like the win/loss/draw tracker for each Squad as well. I sincerely hope that you’ll make a version for X-wing 2.0. I’ll definitely get a copy of it! ### 5/5 — Very helpful app. *2018-09-07, version 1.3.4* This app is very helpful. It makes squad building much easier. It asks what sets you have. When building a squad it highlights the ships that you own. It has every ship and upgrade card in the game and all of their abilities and stats are shown when you select a ship or card. The only downside it that it doesn’t tell you which upgrade cards you own as all of them are highlighted. ### 5/5 — Best app for X-Wing *2018-08-09, version 1.3.4* I’ve used this app for a little over a year. I’ve used other squad builder apps as well, but this is by far my favorite and the easiest to use. Support for the app has been stellar, and when I’ve reported bugs, I received feedback (and then the bugs were fixed). With X-Wing 2.0 coming, I don’t know if the plan is to maintain this app, upgrade it to support 2.0, start a new app, or call it quits.
