Until now, the Aurora Age card stayed empty until we had enough nights to trust the number. Now you can see the measurements behind it from day one — your sleep, your heart, your activity — along with exactly how many days are left before the number itself arrives. Your calendar times are right. If your morning brief ever showed an appointment at the wrong hour, it doesn't any more. Times now follow the timezone your phone is actually in. A faster first read. Connecting Apple Health for the first time now brings in six months of history instead of one, so your first numbers mean something straight away. ### 1.1.12 — 2026-08-14 Small things, fixed. Setting up Aurora asks less of you: your answers stay put, going back takes you to the previous question instead of the beginning, and a question can no longer be skipped by a stray tap. When your sign-in code is right, Aurora says you're in instead of asking you to try again. And Aurora stays out of the way when you're not in it — no permission prompts from an app nobody opened, and a background refresh can no longer sign you out. Then it's back to the usual. One thing each morning, and the reason it's the one. ### 1.1.10 — 2026-08-12 Aurora Age is here. One number for how old your body is behaving, next to the age on your passport — and the habits moving it up or down, so you can see which one is worth your week. It reads what you already have: sleep, recovery, resting heart rate, activity. Aurora Age is part of Premium. Setting up Aurora also asks less of you. Your answers stay put: going back now takes you to the previous question instead of the beginning, and Continue stays quiet until you've actually answered — including your basics, which no longer arrive pre-filled with numbers you never gave us. Signing in is clearer. When your code is right, Aurora says you're in instead of asking you to try again. And Aurora stays out of the way when you're not in it. One thing each morning, and the reason it's the one. ### 1.1.9 — 2026-08-10 Rebuilt onboarding Aurora now gets to know you before it guides you. A few quick questions build your personal profile, so the guidance fits your body from day one — not an average one. New: Bio-Age in Insights Your birthday tells your age. Your body tells the truth. Aurora estimates your Bio-Age from the data your watch already collects — sleep, heart rate, activity and more. It updates continuously as you live, and Ava helps you understand what may be improving or accelerating your biological aging. Unlike your passport age, this one can go down. Refine Bio-Age with bloodwork A lab test tells you once. A wearable tells you continuously. Aurora combines both. Add your recent bloodwork and your lab results become part of your Bio-Age analysis, helping Ava spot gaps and opportunities — including where supplements may help. Stay tuned. ### 1.1.7 — 2026-08-01 Smoother from the very first tap. • Signing in just works. Enter a wrong or expired code and Aurora now tells you — instead of quietly clearing the field. And if you're already a member, you go straight in, no paywall. • One thing at a time. Setting up no longer greets you with a pile-up of permission pop-ups — they come one after another, calmly. • Your first day stays your first day. Home keeps its welcome layout until your first morning Brief actually arrives, instead of jumping ahead of you. • Never lose your signal. If your Whoop or Oura connection drops, Aurora catches it when you open the app and gets you back in one tap. • Steadier on a shaky network.
