### 3/5 — Works, but takes forever

It took 3 days on my Mac Studio to convert a typical epub ebook to an audio book.  Ugh.  The resulting audio file is an OK reading of the book, but not great.  Big UI flaw: I don’t see any way to export the resulting audio file.  Another UI flaw: even when the book has done converting, there is still a "Resume Conversion" button visible.

I have now improved both speed and quality of the generated audio, as well as giving the ability to export the file in other formats than EPUBs.
