Sent an email to support and the automated reply indicated deleting the app and reinstalling it should resolve most issues. This has not. Horrible customer service. Save your money ### 1/5 — The worst customer service and app *2019-05-06* For months I have been dealing with the creator of this app with no solution. In the beginning, it was no alerts at all. That changed. Now it’s daily. I get alerts that the Aurora is at a Kp 7. EVERYDAY! yesterday I received an alert twice within a 30 window of time. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth the frustration. I paid for full access and would love to get my money back. I’d then delete the god damned app. DONT BOTHER! **Developer response:** I am very sorry you felt that the customer service was horrible, I did try my best over the course of several months to get your issue resolved and I do feel that most other app developer would not be as dedicated to fixing your issue as I was. I am sorry that I was unable to resolve your issue, your issue you were having was a unique issue that no other user was experiencing and that I could not replicate myself; you have to understand that is a very hard thing to fix. The only possible way to fix it would if you would be willing to send me your iPhone in the mail insured, then with it in hand I could run a debugger on it and get the issue totally fixed. I would even be willing to pay postage and insurance on your iPhone if you would be willing to do so.
