## What is Auroral?

Auroral turns four messy data sources into one honest answer: is it worth going out tonight?

Most aurora apps shout "high activity!" while you're standing under a solid deck of cloud. Auroral doesn't. It combines aurora strength, cloud cover, moonlight and sky darkness into a single 0–100 viewing score — and it only alerts you when the sky is actually clear enough to see anything.
