It is a nostalgic mix of The Pocket Monster games we like and is just a fun creature capture game with a ton of interactions! The idea of the pokemons all having a tamed form is kind of interesting. The selection of Pokemon is still fairly low, but the fact that you can travel to different planets means infinite potential! Love the character customization. Im excited to see what else this title brings. Update: they have implemented gatcha only pokemon which have less than 0.6% chance to drop. Tried almost every day and I can’t join. iPhone 15 Pro Max, fully updated, plenty of room on my phone. No VPN. Nothing like that. Research shows that it’s a widespread problem, but unsolved since launch. I’ve deleted and reinstalled more than once. Notified their facebook page monitors more than a week ago, who say they’ll pass it on to Devs. Seems like a problem that shouldn’t take this long to resolve. The capturing of animals is fun for a little while but this game seems so uninteresting considering the hype. I just can’t get into it and the significant emphasis on capturing mounts and workers without in-world crafting and building is just too little too late. The color scheme is cool but it’s not enough in the long run. I’d like to be able to play during my work commutes but ironically I can only log in while at work on the WiFi or at my house.
