STEP 3: INVITE YOUR SQUAD & PLAN TOGETHER You're the "Host," but the planning is collaborative. Once your friends join the Quest, you can: Vote on Time: Add a few time slots to the collaborative poll and let everyone vote. No more "what time is good for you?" Share the Load: Use the shared checklist to add tasks like "Bring snacks" or "Make playlist." Your friends can "claim" tasks, so everyone knows who's doing what.
