Should not have to create an account to update projector but prob trying to sell your data. creating account never worked cause servers are always available

how there’s going to be the boom 3 on the app front page and no support for it is beyond me. and instead of just making support for boom 3 the responses say sorry there’s currently no support? this is your most advertised product please update it to be compatible with the app!

I need a remote so can use this projector but you guys don’t have the Aurzen EAZZE on this app so I don’t have a remote any because of this.

I have a boom 3 but it doesn’t seem to be supported. Only the D1 is supported. The projector is very hard to connect wireless so I was hoping this would help but no, no help.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Currently, we support only Zip and D1 devices; Boom devices are not supported at this time.

Sometimes I lose my remote and it would be a savor if I could remote control from my phone however Boom 3 isn’t in the list option under the romper feature. Worst part is they have a picture of the Boom 3 on the Home Screen like taunting like yes here’s a picture/ ad for this device but no you can’t use the feature for said device here.
