I have used this extensively as a pediatric cardiologist who teaches cardiac auscultation to students, residents, and fellows.  The quality of the heart sounds is almost exactly what you hear in a stethoscope (provided you have good headphones), and the ability to establish a virtual classroom is outstanding...especially during the pandemic!
