I used this because it was convenient, but it’s now more annoying to use than just making a note - particularly when the app is clunky to use. After already paying a substantial amount to access the app now the capabilities are being locked behind a “premium” option. For the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation the link is a “.com” spam link vs the “.gov” legitimate website. Concerning for a CE Portfolio app to include links to website strewn with viruses and malware instead of the actual regulating body ### 1/5 — Help me *2025-11-24, version 9.3.0* I have 4 modules I’ve completed and the app won’t me mark as complete and prompting me to complete again. Is part of my job to keep my training updated. Up until few months ago’ my AUSMED has been working properly, in this last month I have had assignment to complete one is overdue because the app doesn’t let me in anymore and I don’t know why. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — Expensive *2025-08-28, version 9.1.0* I started using the app about three years ago. It is very well designed and makes it easy to log your CPD. However I feel like the fees have gone up way too much. I know it’s tax deductible but $390 a year is insane. I used this because it was convenient, but it’s now more annoying to use than just making a note. ### 1/5 — Paid VS Unpaid *2023-10-08, version 7.6.0* Unhappy to see the shift to a paid/unpaid reflective process. The guided reflection that existed previously provided an easy template to document your CPD quickly, however it appears without a subscription the app serves little benefit other than being a place where your CPD hours are recorded, the same function as a Note on your phone does without the barrier of having to log in.
