Communication is abysmal, messages go unanswered, and any response consists of empty promises and consistently missed deadlines. The setup process is unnecessarily complex, with no meaningful support from the company. After significant effort, I managed to get the printer working, but I am hesitant to make any changes or updates based on numerous reports that doing so renders the device unusable. The system itself is outdated and inefficient, I can only print one label at a time, making it completely impractical for high volume use. Additionally, it does not integrate directly with Australia Post, forcing me to manually screenshot labels and send them individually to the printer, adding unnecessary steps and frustration. The company’s latest advertisement falsely claims that users can customize labels with logos, yet no such feature exists in the app. If there is another app required for this functionality, it was never provided at the time of purchase, further highlighting the company’s incompetence. To make matters worse, obtaining a refund is deliberately made difficult, leaving customers stuck with a subpar product. I have purchased an amazing MUNBYN printer (highly recommended) I strongly suggest you do not waste your money on a AUSPRINT print. ### 1/5 — Hopless support *2025-02-27, version 1.2.0* Since updating the driver, my printer no longer works. After several weeks of back and forth emails so support (they can apparently only send one email to each customer a week based on my experience), they decided there was no resolution. It was because the new driver didn’t support my version of the printer, and there’s no way they could give me access to the previous driver. ### 1/5 — Not good *2024-12-12, version 1.1.1* App is clunky and interferes with printing when open. I used Dymo before which was fine, but much slower to print. This AusPrint printer has been a great replacement. ### 1/5 — Disappointing app update *2023-11-02, version 1.1.5* It doesn't work when iPad is rotated horizontally (it was ok before updated) I don't understand why it can now only open .pdf files and no longer .jpg files. I found the app update to be very disappointing and cannot recommend it. It has become much more cumbersome and time-consuming to convert an image to a jpg format, and I also have to remove my iPad from the keyboard to use it in vertical orientation just to use an app that should make our lives as a small business easier, not the other way around. Really like and really recomend ### 2/5 — Entirely Deceptive but working *2023-05-07, version 1.1.4* This is advertised as a Aussie made biz, but once you buy it becomes clear that this is not the case. Communication is awful. Setup is extremely difficult & any contact with biz is met with a series of false promises and unmet deadlines. I have managed to setup the device & it is printing, I’m scared to touch anything or complete updates, based on the feedback of others, that theirs no longer works. It’s a clunky system, and I can only ever print 1 label at a time. Doesn’t connect directly with Australia Post, I have to screenshot labels & send pics to printer individually. So it’s totally impractical when I have a lot of labels to print. I also noticed that their new ad says you can change logos on your labels etc, but I cannot find anywhere for this to be done in the actual app…so this appears to be deceptive, unless there’s a different app ( which wouldn’t surprise me, since they didn’t give access to the required app at the time of purchase either, I glad to find it myself) I wouldn’t recommend it. I would have preferred a refund, but they make it impossible for that to happen, so I’m dealing with it & trying to make it work for me, but I recommend just not buying to begin with. ### 1/5 — Printer *2022-05-08, version 1.0.8* ITS JUNK IT UPDATED AND NOW DOESNT PRINT AT ALL.
