There’s no enforcement at all so anyone can just park where they feel like it I guess ### 5/5 — It does what it’s supposed to do *2026-02-15* This is not an app to report a power outage or needing the police to come or anything like that – it’s just for reporting things like debris in the road, dead animals, etc. Stuff you would normally call 311 about. If you have a power outage, the Austin Energy app is great for that. My only complaint is that one time I reported an unsafe new traffic pattern and they closed it as inspected no action required, but lo and behold two months later they fixed it. I wish I knew if they had planned to fix it before or they thought they didn’t have to fix it and then enough people complained and then they did. Just curious. ### 1/5 — App Keeps Crashing *2025-10-08* App keeps crashing. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app and making sure it’s running on the latest version on IPhone 16 Pro - seems like during ACL weekend it maybe over loaded. ### 1/5 — Horrible functionality *2025-01-10* App crashes when you try and use the search feature on the frequently reported link. ### 5/5 — Clunky, sure. But the BEST WAY to contact COA *2024-08-02* Forget phone calls and emails, this 311 app is the BEST way to contact City of Austin about issues. Whether or not your issue ultimately gets resolved, submissions to this app always get a quick response so it's so worth downloading and using. ### 1/5 — White Screen When Launched *2024-06-19* This app used to work. Now when you launch it, you just get a white screen. ### 1/5 — New version is awful *2024-02-15* There was nothing wrong with the previous 311 app and the new one is a downgrade. The first step is “what are you reporting” that does nothing. You still have to choose what you are trying to report. You can’t add a picture to the actual request, only at the first “what are you here for”. It’s clunky. I hope city of Austin didn’t spend a lot of money on this “upgrade” if so you wasted our tax money. Whoever chose this software made a mistake. ### 1/5 — Ability to report public camping removed *2023-12-15* The latest update removed the ability to report vagrant camps in public parks. ### 1/5 — Lazy city employees won’t help *2023-07-14* If you report an issue to 311, your ticket will be closed out without any resolution and the issue will go unfixed. You’d think our ridiculously high property taxes would give you more in return ### 1/5 — Hard to report issues *2023-06-08* My issues are closed with no action taken.
