I have an issue where the middle two tiles on the bottom row aren’t able to be used. I’ve checked and it’s not an issue with my phone so that can be annoying at times. ### 2/5 — Good game, lots of bugs *2026-06-18* I like the game, but it is not ready for public distribution. App crashes randomly and frequently. Text in the game sometimes just disappears or becomes garbled. Game pieces on the bottom line of the game board can only be moved in one direction. After what I’m sure is a preprogrammed point, hours of impossible to win games are presented. I’ll not play for days or weeks & will win a few. Suddenly the game keeps crashing and I can’t stay in long enough to do anything. I have ensured my iPad is all update and the game. I have restarted my device and deleted and reinstalled the game. Nothing is working. The only way to reach customer support is on their website via the chat option. I have tried 3 times and NOBODY ever responds. I am mad because I paid for the Treasure Pass and I’m out that money. This game is fun if you can get it to work and if you can’t you are out of luck wish reaching customer support. There is no way to get past the feeling that they are purposefully manipulating all the games so it’s impossible to progress without money being involved. This one is the worst. You don’t get daily booster for free, the only thing that recharges is lives. I have enjoyed and deleted all of their games and this one is gone first. Kicks you out frequently, usually in the middle of a move and the bottom middle row of the board does not respond to touch, you can’t use it to make a move. It is impossible. I have been trying to beat a level for an entire day and there is no way to beat it. It’s only level 29 too so I can just imagine how awful the higher levels are. And it’s $2.99 for 1000 coins. An extra move costs 900 coins. That’s almost 3 dollars MINIMUM just to get through one level. That means it could potentially cost you literally thousands of dollars to play this game. ### 1/5 — Glitches. Crashes. Glitches. Crashes. *2026-06-01* Not ready for prime time! This game has more glitches and crashes more often than any other app or game I have ever downloaded.
