Sometimes opening app does not let you in and showing all white screen. Every time password annoying. Have called twice in 2 weeks each time being promised a call by tech team but no one calls. Every time you try to log in you are asked to provide an OTP which is sent by email. Most of the time the OTP is not sent, therefore you lose the ability to check your balance and purchases. If it does work then every time you try to log in it asks you again for an OTP. I find the Aus Post Everyday Card offers a nice Segway between bank and spend ability. It can be used to isolate funds for in person spending. Also allows for use of debit function online. But for me keeping this as solely a spend facility makes this a go to. ### 5/5 — Great Help Centre *2026-06-29, version 9.0.1* Talking to an actual person when seeking Help, was great. We quickly addressed two to three issues I was having, one was sent for further resolution and two were instantly resolved. The Customer Service Operator was professional, polite and efficient.
