Have to delete app and reinstall to make it work. Annoying! ### 2/5 — Exchange rate gouge *2025-12-10, version 8.0.0* Compared to market rate on the currency exchange it cost me an additional 5%. ### 3/5 — Difficult to balance. *2025-11-11, version 8.0.0* I find the transactions details are not all loaded in a timely basis, although the balance is correct. But wait! MasterCard overruled this and asked for my Australian mobile phone number. When I complained the customer service officer (who was extremely difficult to understand despite my years of experience as a teacher of English as a second language) she said MasterCard had received complaints about this but had done nothing. I would not recommend this card. ### 1/5 — Glitchy, unhelpful mess *2025-07-12, version 7.0.0* Can never get money topped up, continual errors, customer service slow and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anybody. Get a wise card instead, you’ll be better off. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2025-07-08, version 7.0.0* This card was a last minute backup when our Wise card was hacked. It’s tricky to use, we called their Asian helpline who put a 7 day freeze on our ability to transfer funds as we’d had too many attempts at making it work. There is no phone tap option, you need to use a physical card. Unimpressed. Loaded money on to this card for use in the United States tried to pay for a hotel with it but for some reason was unable to pay. Investigated and realised they had decided to lock my card for “suspicious behaviour”after hours on the phone for multiple days they still refused to unlock my card.
