Couldn’t put a password in. Filling codes doesn’t work. I’m on the fastest latest phone there is. Please test before release. ### 2/5 — Deleted it *2024-06-07, version 1.0.13* Didn't feel right having to sign up to a third party (Boardroom, Investorserve) to have to use it. Don't really want third parties involved in my business, and just someone else to get hacked for your details. Deleted it before completing sign up. Love Australian Ethical, don't love their app. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement please *2023-07-04, version 1.0.7* I think people would really appreciate to see how much profit/loss has been incurred, or a percentage of some kind to indicate their performance. I also get logged out often and have to re-login which is frustrating. It still has poor login experience, bugs, and many features still simply reference downloading a pdf form (rather than being online). It does have simple and clean summary of contributions and distributions which is a plus. The whole online experience (app and website) still need more improvements to be competitive. ### 2/5 — Very annoying *2023-02-16, version 1.0.5* Consistently asks to accept Ts & Cs and set up profile. Often shows error messages. When it works it’s great, but that’s only 40% of the time. Hence two stars. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in anymore *2023-02-15, version 1.0.5* As usual, the app cannot remember me for Face ID, forces me through the onboarding process again, but now it won’t log me in at all. Starts loading, with the preferred name it forces me to write out every time, but then just has an error. Constant errors and glitches, often fails to open. Have had the account for about 6 months and really frustrated that they don’t have a mobile app for super account holders. So far behind times don’t you think compared to some of the other super funds. I also have majority of my super holdings with VicSuper which has a great mobile app. Was considering moving my super to Australian Ethical but seeing how appalling their tech and the level of frustration I experience trying to find out how my super is performing I think not… ### 1/5 — Pointless *2022-09-09, version 1.0.4* This app has been nothing but trouble. I constantly have to re-login and at times can’t even get in at all. Not really good enough, is it? You need to pay your App developers to (a) regularly check and test the App against major iOS releases and (b) fix the App when something breaks.
