Individual issues are available for AUD $4.99, or choose from one of three subscription offers and save.

I bought all the back editions and they were all removed with no warning. It is joyful to read back editions and losing content that I paid for is unfair. Great magazine poor service.

I have been unable to download February issue of House & Garden magazine for over a week and cannot obtain any assistance
No number to call & no response to many emails requesting assistance!!

These guys are terrible, you pay but you find yourself locked out of the account without an option to reset your password! I contacted them multiple times and got no reply . I am taking the matter to Consumer Protection!

Signed up for the free trial, could download or read issues, messaged help, they told me to post another message for technical support, still waiting on replies. 
Every time I tried to sign in, it wouldn’t accept my password, wouldn’t allow me to reset and I couldn’t read or download issues. 
I ended up cancelling the free trial cause it was too much hassle

All my purchases have disappeared. I have tried to restore purchases which makes no difference. This includes last month’s edition which I hadn’t even read yet. Customer support does not respond to me. This is equivalent to stealing.

Was prompted to download the latest app, which I did, and now I can’t access my 8 years of magazines.
No one seems to want to help, extremely poor service.
May have to take this up with the ACCC

I subscribed, and HAD been able to view the magazines and issues on my iPad and also on my iPhone for several months. Suddenly, this magazine will not open on my iPad, even though I can still open it on my phone. Likewise, I can open various other magazines on my iPad AS WELL AS on my iPhone. 
So I would be keen to hear if anyone else has found a fix for this. 
I have unsubscribed (now waiting for my credit to run out) and will re-subscribe to see if that fixes it.
Annoying, in the meantime.
