The first device couldn’t scan my passport and kept telling me to try again. The second one could scan, but there was no submit button at the final step. The third device had the same problem as the first one — it couldn’t scan. The fourth device couldn’t even detect the scan at all. I’ve tried everything from Oppo, Samsung to iPhone 13 and iPhone 15, and it still doesn’t work. This app is absolutely terrible. Did the programmer even graduate from elementary school? I’ve been trying to scan for five days now. Propped up the phone to get it still. The passport is so visible I can see the finest detail on the art of the info page. Cropped perfectly to fit exactly what they need and they still said fit the passport in the frame. Yesterday it would scan for a minute and say if it didn’t work.
