Some ting really needs to change with the company that Develops and the team managing at AMB - Bad! ### 1/5 — AMB deserter *2022-07-01, version 1.0.6* I want to abandon this Bank after so many changes its almost time I changed and that means changing to a large bank as this bank is now too small for me and doesn’t really offer anything different from the Majors except lack of scale and that’s what I need to do business in a world that is becoming smaller with technology but you need a bank with size to be able to service you. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work properly. *2022-04-04, version 1.0.5* I have tried to set it so that I can have the my bank balance displayed on the Home Screen without having to log in, but it just won’t do it. It won’t let me set a pin for access, something which takes entering your account number and password three times to do. The app is just rubbish, and Seeing as how this is virtually the only way to interact with the bank these days I am tempted to close my account of 20+ years and move it all to the Commonwealth bank, whose app is flawless and lets me do all of the above. A simple 4 digit pin for access to log in, it also keeps me logged in while I flip around my phone for a certain amount of time, and it displays my balance without having to log in. ### 1/5 — Not great, old app was better *2022-03-23, version 1.0.5* At the moment it looks like the app has crashed and I have not been able to log in for 24hrs or so now. No Face ID, far worse UX (additional steps to see balance; immediately asked if you wish to logout, rather than do something useful, can’t set any notifications for transfers happening, transfers seem slower now (maybe no more Osko?). If you want people to leave your bank, this is a good way to go about it. I say this as a 35 year old who had his savings account opened by a parent as a child. ### 1/5 — 4 digit access *2022-03-02, version 1.0.4* Why can’t I use a 4digit pin ? It says don’t use your birthday for the 6 digit pin ? Doh ! Just about everyone will their birthday if the only option is a 6digit password. If I use my card at an ATM and I can use 4digits why can’t I use 4 digits to access the same account on a phone. It’s annoying to have to remember another password. ### 1/5 — Bad terrible *2022-02-28, version 1.0.4* Can’t even get into the app to start with. So that’s a great start, not! Seriously considering swapping banks now, gone down hill ever since the merge. Can’t do any of my banking on the app which makes everything impossible. Waited more than 20 minutes for someone to answer my call today; previously, you would have a banker on the line straight away. When I de arrange my accounts, when I log out and log in they are back to the way they were before I re arranged them! Done this 5 times now, really disgraceful. Also when I hit portfolio button at the bottom it just goes into an endless loading pattern and doesn’t do anything. I have to remember to change it every time. Before I updated the app it would remember this preference and I didn’t have to change it. If it doesn’t change I won’t use the app anymore.
