However there are some improvements and updates we’d like to see such as maybe the tennis grunts, the gear for the players such as ball caps just to be a little bit more accurate and also the trophies…I’ve won all four grand slams and the only accurate trophy is the AO trophy the others are just random. Also, the swipe control for the ball isn't very accurate. I cant really choose which specific direction to hit. Sometimes i swipe left but the ball goes straight instead, or even to the right too. When ai sees you making a play or winning, the game shifts the ball into its favor. The point of the game is to play like it’s real life. Nobody hits like this. So, Ai is sore loser. I could be wrong maybe it’s just the programmers. I don’t enjoy doing the same moves over and over again. The only way I win the game is constantly luring the player to the net and lobbing the ball over its head.. the old way I could do other things, I enjoy the new legend level and fierce moves but it’s getting too repetitive. ### 3/5 — Fix the Computer Serve Already *2019-01-15, version 2.0.0* Fix the computers serve already. I’ve tried multiple attempts at resolving the issue with no luck. Please please please get with the developers of “Cross Court Tennis” about how they created actual movement of players and ball striking with the toggle. No matter what I do, the ball will never go where I want it to go and it will never be the shot I tried either. I swipe up and left so the ball would travel to the left side of the court and it constantly goes to the right every time. I continue doing this same thing over and over after watching the tutorial and it still doesn’t work and it makes me slice and hit volleys from the baseline. This game needs major improvement for it to be good. Finally was able to turn it OFF. The display is landscape so you have to rotate your mobile phone. Everything is different including the names of the displays...draws becomes something else; matches name also changed. Not intuitive to navigate and the real info is buried under different names than Usually employed. I don’t want to play stupid games. I want info on who is playing and when and scores. These should be prominently available not buried under artistically derived new names and categories. Not willing to make the effort to learn a new language to use...deleted. This redo is too radical and pushes games instead of offering information on current games and players. I play VirtuaTennis on my iPhone which is very rich graphics and player strength and play levels really match the real tennis players. I’ve recently started playing tennis; it’s one of my new favorite sports; the most elegant yet complicated game out there. It’s taught me a lot, believe it or not. The timing/positioning of my swing, shot placement/subsequent positioning, getting a feel for the rhythm and tendencies/patterns of the opponent. An app/game that other iOS games should model in terms of design/execution. A perfect balance between style(graphics, sounds)/substance (game play). It’s like surfing, it’s a game that only works if one is truly In the Zone, even if it’s a game app. Only recommendations are the sets being best of 3/best of 5 and the ability to be hit out of bounds (not sure if that’s already possible, haven’t seen it yet), along with the ability to challenge- which is the best challenge system in all of sports.
