For some reason you can’t use Face ID without having a passcode setup, as rather than actually using my biometric data when logging in your app is using the passcode as the primary verification, and ignoring Face ID. This then triggers a requirement for username and password to be used for login, followed by 2nd step of a code issued to my mobile (not optimal as far as security is concerned). Why can’t I simply use my face to verify myself & login - what is the point of enabling this feature but not enabling the capability to work?? ### 1/5 — Crashing *2026-06-12, version 4.9.0* Can’t open the app it just crashes ### 2/5 — ART good, App bad *2026-06-05, version 4.9.0* As the title says. I am still in the accumulation phase and simply want to monitor by balance every couple of days. It is taking too long too long in, via the balance and log out - almost 60 secs including a forced in-app update. Keep in simple - ANZ, Westpac and CBA are good benchmarks where I can finish this ~5 secs ### 1/5 — A disgraceful insurance package *2026-05-29, version 4.9.0* The chances of logging in to check my balance are around 50/50. Constant requests to verify my account and send numerous text’s etc. ### 3/5 — Misleading figures *2026-05-27, version 4.9.0* What I reckon they should show us instead of the total super, they should show us a break down of what actually is contributed by employers, what went out as fees and what actually interest was earned. Very misleading! Tell me how i can see my breakdown! ### 1/5 — Too Slow *2026-05-27, version 4.9.0* This app takes forever to load data and when you go to check your concessional contributions, the grey data boxes just flicker and won’t display information. This has happened to me numerous times. And when you go to check your super on the weekend, you can’t access it a lot of the time as they are performing maintenance on it. Get a new developer, for a super that is big, you need to invest more in your app. Don’t bother installing it’s a waste of time. Get new developers that can develop an app that works. Worst end user experience. It needs much improvement to make it useful to the end user. It appears poorly designed with frequent intermittent issues. This reflects poorly on the superannuation fund itself. The 4 digit pin drops off every couple of weeks, now I am hit with password change links and text requests that go around icicles and won’t let me access my account. I am now permanently locked out. My super going nowhere for approximately six years, and with some difficulty I transferred my funds (CBA were not helpful, to say the least) Sunsuper has provided excellent returns for the last eight years and helped recoup approximately $100,000 lost by CBA Super funds poor performance. I transferred approx $80k from a non performer which turned into $345k in under 7 years (some small salary sacrifice and employer contributions only, this included a substantial income insurance, DC, TPD cover contributions as well) well done and thank you Sunsuper! ### 5/5 — Thanks SunSuper *2021-08-13, version 2.2.6* I am so grateful to have what little money I do have invested with SunSuper, and know that the Fund Manager’s are looking after my interest with much care.
