It’s so hard to do anything in the app. Any bank is better ### 1/5 — Good bank, TERRIBLE APP *2025-07-22, version 1.0.5* This app is shockingly designed. The UI and layout is not easy and efficient to move through and the way information is displayed in the app is not intuitive. The ING app is a good example of an easy to use well designed banking app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-07-04, version 1.0.5* The app is awful and so basic it’s a joke. No statements. No ability to change transfer limits and not that the bank even lets you do that on the website. And god forbid you should want to make a same day payment over $1200- fill in a form and pay $30 for the privilege of using your own money. No where to view BSB and Ac #… Australian Unity also give a unique Ac # which contains a letter! Users have to search for the proper ac # to conduct transfers. This app only allows a max of 21 characters in the password field - those with long passwords can’t set up the app. Dumb! ### 1/5 — Very basic and limited functionalities *2024-05-15, version 1.0.1* Should display balances of accounts when log in. Savings account info doesn’t show the interest rate currently applied (very annoying!
