This organisation has the most inept and incompetent IT team on the plant.

They make a change and you need to reregistser, then it fails. Then there is the crApp. 

For all under 50 they want touches access to their accounts. They want apps and websites that work. This company doesn’t not care about users online experience.

Simple fact is take your cover elsewhere where they actually provide systems that work.

The previous app remembered your details. This has no memory of your password or email address. All details have to be manually inputted each time. They don’t auto fill. 
Australian Unity this is a massive step back. 
How much if the money we contribute did you spend on this piece of rubbish.

I can’t for the life of me sign in. I can, like others, sign in online just not the app no matter what login id use — it just says “please enter valid credentials”

This is actually a great app when it works. There really needs to be an update for this. Took billions of tries to get into but now that i am in, some things open in the app and others do not and then it crashes
