When signing in on the app IOS (latest). I get the above message and have to sign in on the Aus Unity web page instead. Why?

I’m really impressed I received a call from AU after my first review disappointed they didn’t have a digital card available while other health funds did. Everything else in this app works really well. 5-stars from me when this functionality is turned on!

There are 2 different ways to submit a claim? The one from the left hand menu just asks for up to 4 photos or a pdf, then submit. The one from the bottom of the app wants much more detail filled in and you must tick boxes to accept various policies. Hopefully they both work as I’ve just used the first one to upload all my receipts then found the 2nd one? Consistency would be good - or just remove one option?

Extremely inefficient: very slow, more like a website than an app. Been trying to log in multiple times with Face ID and it wouldn’t work (would load for several minutes, then it would take me to the website and it would fail to open). Lodging a claim is just a pain.

Unable to submit claim after updating to new app. PDF document attached but when I hit submit, I see a blue spinning circle eventually timing out with a message something went wrong. Please contact us. Do you guys not conduct some basic testing before releasing the new app?🤦🏽‍♂️

In this day and age, why? 
Was reported months ago.  Worst app ever.

It is suppose to get better with age? Not this app a total waste funds that could be spent better on an app developer who knows what they are doing. Won’t even let me make a payment without going to the web site, just go to the website. Worst app ever.

I just joined Australian Unity from NIB based on your ethical stance, but this app is poor that I moved back during the cool down period. Is anyone in charge of quality control or an understanding of UX design this appears to be a web app rather than a native application app,

So disappointing that an ethical firm would not have higher standards. Please invest in consultants who more experience in apps.  I joined to make a more ethical choice but can’t accept this app.

Want to add my digital card and the app is refusing to let me log in. Won’t recognise my Face ID and won’t let me log in with password even after resetting the app. Very disappointed.

I have just update the app with recent changes. The app has signed me out and now tries to log me in via the web. However after entering the login details the app is still not logged into my account.

The app is awful. It tries to make you sign in by taking you to a broken website. It doesn’t provide any useful information (eg. When will I have finished my wait periods). It takes forever to load.

This app barely ever works. Always some login error, communication error or just nothing happens when I try to open it. When it dis work, it was difficult to just find the account numbers for my one account I opened.

Only after downloading, and logging in with 2FA does the App give any indication that it will not work with my particular policy. 

It then urges the user back to the equally useless website portal to make a claim (when issues with making a claim on the website portal is the reason for downloading the app in the first place)

Absolutely terrible user experience, it astounds me that a design and development team are responsible for this, when some basic testing would show the user flows are terrible and the UI/UX is awful.

The app is really good and leaps and bound ahead of the previous Application. However, can you please include access to reward section? This was there in the previous app and use to take you to the reward page in a separate browser. Would love to have it back.

Loving the new app. As someone has mentioned, this is not a update, this is a brand new app where I have made a extras claim by just uploading a photo, updated my address and ordered a new card all in one go. 👍 

Great to see Australian Unity takes on members feedback to improve their App and look forward to seeing what else comes in the future.
