Hi everyone, I have completed the first 2 days of the Meditation course, at AYA this weekend. I am completely overwhelmed with the lectures & facilitators we have had. 
Fabulous content, with up to date facts & scientific information. Gorgeous people teaching us more about just being yourself.  All hands on material that moves you to going out to do what you do best. Thank you all for an amazing weekend. 🌈yogajourneymelbourne….
