All it will allow me to do is request a new code which doesn’t help me. I have an income protection claim and every time I go in to “Manage my insurance” it stays on the loading page - urlife.net.au and will not go any further. I need to access this page to upload important documents and track my claim but 90% of the time it doesn’t load up! People rely on this app for extremely important information and there is a major problem and the app needs a complete overhaul. Wtf. No data comparison between my DIY and others, and other markets. You’re making me steer my ship blindly. I dont even know my own return to date, nor over the year in a personalised report AT THE LEAST you would think. No raw data download. Quite literally worthless. Me using a piece of paper for ver the histogram of yearly increases to get a trend line provides more insight into this app. They are likely doing it on purpose for obvious reasons. ### 3/5 — No iPad version still??? *2026-06-09, version 3.33* Disappointing that this app still isn’t universal , and runs in the squished iPhone width-height on iPad. In 2026 it’s fair to say this should be standard now. Please add this to the queue. Have to keep signing in, can’t create a passkey, have to use sms (sucks if you are travelling) and it doesn’t retain “trusted device” status. Which makes it useless if there is a sudden market change and you want to adjust your money.
