I felt compelled to write this review as soon as I boarded the aircraft because I was genuinely so pleased with how smooth everything was from start to finish. The entire experience up to boarding was exceptionally well organised and stress-free. I was also warmly greeted by a very smart stewardess with a beautiful smile, which made the experience even more welcoming. Thank you, Austria 🇦🇹 I’m now looking forward to hopefully having an equally pleasant experience on board as well.
