App crashes regularly and banking often unavailable. Had 2 new cards and both times the pins didn’t work so a 45 minute drive to the nearest branch to change. ### 1/5 — Update is horrid! *2022-07-09, version 20.0.10* The update made it so much harder to use and see information. With the old one you were able to see you home lone interest rate how much you were in advance an now you can’t. Login takes longer you can now only see one bank account with the peek balance. The layout it terrible not streamlined and Seemless like it use to be. Why can he something that worked before. Previous version was seamless and easy to navigate. So annoying. Some of the widgets don’t work and some buttons that you click on to hide marketing messages etc doesn’t work either. Bugs out in settings (can’t scroll), doesn’t send push notifications so I don’t know when money comes and goes without logging in. Face ID didn’t work randomly for a while (turned setting off then back on fixed it).. the security texts are annoying because you can’t auto fill or see the code in the notification banner so you need to exit the app to get the code and then come back.. ### 3/5 — Poor UX *2018-08-08, version 4* Overall the app is fine however I have 2 main bugbears: -I should continually see Navigation walkthroughs every time I log into the app. Once I’ve acknowledged I’ve swiped through these quick navigations, I should not be shown them again, - the app automatically signs me out if I close or open another app. As a user of many different banking apps, Auswide is the only one that does this. Often I am referencing a message, email that contains the details of a payee and I am forced to write them down before opening the Auswide app because if I get out of the app, it will sign me out. There needs to be a time limit to which users are signed out of their account should they leave the app (as per all the other banking apps I use). ### 3/5 — Needs Fingerprint login *2017-09-27, version 4* App is good however it could do with some jazzing up.
