After you stop charging the widget and the Dynamic Island keep saying it’s connected and won’t close , even if you close the app and restart your phone . 2. You can’t delete any of your charge sessions in history - I put in the wrong tariff for the first charge (decimal place in wrong position) and now all my calculations are out. ### 3/5 — Wifi capricieux *2026-06-03* L’appli n’accède pas à la borne en wifi durant les sessions de charge. I have my schedule set to start charging at midnight. Before heading to bed (which was before midnight), I plugged in my charger. I was surprised to see that it started charging and this was the first time it has happened. I double checked the app to make sure my schedule was correct which it was. One of the features missing is the ability to stop a charge at a certain percentage (like 80%). You can set a time schedule but you end up guessing how long a charge should be to keep a daily charge below 80% to save battery health. Some vehicles have this built into their own app but not all. Donc que fait on quand on veut se logguer à 22h01 Un installateur sympathique mais qui avoue à demi mot que l’application est bien proche de zéro Messieurs les développeurs quand pensez vous mettre à la place de l’utilisateur ? ### 1/5 — Cannot report damaged stations *2026-03-02, version 3.7.6* They don’t care about the customer. 4 stations damaged by plow trucks pushing snow against them, preventing anybody from charging and there is no option to report an issue to Autel so the stations are still listed as active, tricking customers into getting stranded here when they realize they cannot recharge! If you try to “Report a Bug” it is a report for app-only and even that feature is non functional, giving an error message claiming the bug report “failed to send” *multiple screenshots* Took photos of the 10 foot wide x 100 feet long x 3-8 foot tall snow pressed against the Autel machines at the Rhode Island Novelty. My router app shows the charger as having a very strong signal. The lock screen widget showing charge stats looked nice for the 3 times it worked, but haven’t seen it for months now. Nel mio caso ha portato la corrente di ricarica massima a 8 amp. bloccando l’ascensore. Aembra inoltre che non sia più possibile connettersi al wi fi. Worst experience in a charge app. ### 3/5 — Peu mieux faire *2026-01-06* Application simple d’utilisation mais il manque 2 choses importantes que certains concurrents ont: - la possibilité de changer le mode de charge à distance via le wifi au lieu du Bluetooth - la possibilité de modifier le mode de charge en fonction des horaires : la journée je veux que cela soit en PV exclusif mais la nuit sur le secteur (vitesse prior). Easily the worst I've used for EV charging. Frankly didn't work and also didn't work for the person right before me. Can't give it more than 1 star if it won't connect to the system! ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY AUTEL *2026-08-20, version 3.7.13* The charger itself works fine, but the app/account setup is really frustrating if more than one person in the household needs to use it. My wife and I both need access to our home charger. Apparently you can’t have two owners, so we tried using the same account on both phones. Every time one of us logs in, the other phone gets logged out. Even worse, our charging schedule gets deleted in the process. And “Autostart” gets deactivated, too - which means charger wouldn’t start without actively activating it in app. This is a home EV charger, not a personal social media account. It should be completely normal for two people in the same household to have full access to the same charger without constantly logging each other out or having to check whether the charging schedule is still there. The hardware seems good, but Autel really needs to fix the account and app setup for households with multiple drivers. ### 1/5 — Bug in the current version *2026-08-18, version 3.7.13* The app has a bug in it that is preventing you from setting the maximum current on your charger to 48 amps. The physical charger has a dial that allows you to set the current limit for the circuit but the app is required to set the max you actually want to use. Pretty stupid design but if it worked, it would be no issue. In this case the app will not show higher currents but if you ask the built in AI assistant what the max current is, it will say a higher value than what the dropdown menu is. It is able to set to 40 but no higher, even when your charger is set to and works at 50. This is unlikely a big issue for most people but in my case it’s limiting my charging capacity. ### 1/5 — Offline *2026-08-16, version 3.7.13* Terrible app, terrible service when calling, just not a great charging experience. You have to create a Autel Charge account and DL the app. Then it doesn’t let you charge from the app; you login from a website QR code, but then it doesn’t recognize your login credentials with the app you just DL’d and logged into. Then I created a new account using apple credentials. Failed to charge after putting in my credit card info. Tried a second time and it finally worked. This took 12 minutes to start charging. J’ai pu faire fonctionner une seule fois la programmation, j’ai même essayé le plan de charge également qui ne démarre pas non plus. Je ne comprends pas si vous aviez une réponse SVP. Pour le reste, application pratique et censée être simple d’utilisation .
