This simply doesn’t work. The QR code says your device is “Provisoned” but the app contradicts it saying it is not. I have no idea why my health board bought into this it is not fit for purpose

Worked initally after QR code was scanned. Now suddenly says the phone is “not provisioned”. Does the QR activation expire? Completely unreliable and unfit for any robust remote access requirements.

App stopped working and said ‘reprovisioning resquired’(sic). Unfortunately despite scanning QR code and accepting it, goes back to provisioning required screen.  Too unreliable for time critical or service-critical access.

Have used the OR code and also the email link from my employer. In both cases I get a pop up box saying ‘app provisioned’, but the app itself continues to say ‘Not Provisioned’ so won’t work. Hopeless! There are other poor reviews on here and the app creators clearly aren’t bothered to try to address them...

Crashes first time and next times doesn't activate the app. It should show a PIN screen after scanning the QR code but nothing happens. Useless sure to critical bug that blocks using the app.
