### 1/5 — Doesn’t work, crashes!

The app doesn’t work! It crashes and quits after I scan my passport. Please fix the app!

**Developer response:** We apologize for a problems with our application. We published new build with fixes for crashes in iOS 12 and iPad. please try to onboard again with newest version.

### 2/5 — Not completely functional but has scope

Lets see how it develops over the course of time  Not as frictionless as it appears, as of now.

1. Live detection test fails several times
2. Doesn’t give a clear idea whether your country’s national id is accepted or not.
3. What happens to the initial scanned doc? Where does it get stored? 
Cloud storage? Blockchain? 
4. Does biometric only include face scan and not a fingerprint?
5. Pin is still required instead of a fingerprint. Isnt that as good as a traditional password?

We’re working hard to improve and make the best possible experience while keeping the privacy and security of users top of mind. To answer your questions: The document picture is stored only on your phone. Additionally we store the extracted information from the document (hashed using a code stored only on your phone) on the blockchain. Security improvements, like fingerprint access are in the pipeline. Watch this space!

This app works great! I was able to onboard in just a few seconds using my Driver’s License for KYC.
