I have had to answer some challenging questions about myself. This was not an easy challenge but it has been well worth it. This was not just a 28 day challenge but this has become my life style for me. I’m starting to feel good and now I have the tools to move forward and continue on this journey. I’m an grateful for the opportunity to be a healthier me.
