Fast, responsive, and most of all accurate. The app allows me to take images I’ve taken and bulk upload so I don’t need to go back and forth twenty times submitting photos. We have extremely good customer support and are a bit confused by your review.. Please contact us as soon as possible we can rectify this issue that you were having. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-07-01* I had them authenticate a bag for me 3 days going back and forth The result was inconclusive I submitted the pictures to another authentication service with in minutes I received my authentic verdict. **Developer response:** We take pride in our thoroughness when authenticating and it is why we have such a great reputation. ### 3/5 — Time frame *2026-06-25* I wish that the certificates would come back in a quicker manner.
