This happens upon login at times as well. That’s the point of it all and yet it has regular issues. It says it has submitted check in then when you go to check out you haven’t checked in . Better to call in check in and out. I love working for All Saints but they need a better app. ### 2/5 — Sign-In ERROR CODES that require administrative office to reset App approx. once a quarter *2025-11-17, version 2.0.28* App blocks me from signing in each time I perform a required update. It states I must contact my administrator to sign in. This happens approximately once a quarter, even when I don’t perform iOS updates on the app. Each time this ERROR occurs, I have to track down a qualified person at our SCDHHS CLTC office (M-F between the hrs. of 9AM-4PM to reset the AuthentiCare app sign-in. Furthermore, a second phone is required in order to reset it. I have to call an administrator from another phone in order to reset mine). I work and study full-time so I use short lunch breaks or request time off to make these calls or visit the office in person. When I do call or visit, usually no one is present because they travel to multiple sites throughout the week. So in the mean time, I’m not able to clock working hours through the AuthentiCare app, as required. Instead I must dial the CallCare system from my supervisor’s phone in order to check in and out. Luckily, our current local administrator is very dedicated to her job and gets back to me quickly. However, if I don’t have a second phone present when she reaches me, I go back to square one because she can’t complete the reset. Very grateful for her dedication, availability, and hard work. Before her, I could go months without hearing back from an administrator to fix this problem. Regardless of her awesome performance to troubleshoot this app for our region, administrators and caregivers should not experience these errors/flukes to begin with. It can disrupt much needed Medicaid services to consumers with disabilities and special needs. When the app malfunctions, this also allows greater error margin for Medicaid payroll. The app must be re-coded and engineered on the back end so that it works properly with the android and iOS platform. If that is not possible, then CLTC should provide an AuthentiCare app-compatible (and gps trackable) device to employees (which is an expensive process). I’d rather higher a talented web developer to either fix these bugs and issues or redevelop a new app, then go the former mentioned route. The app also claims to have summaries of clock-in/out times with activity and observation notes included, but summaries do not appear later. They only show during the actual clock out process. But, they cannot be accessed again after that. Poor app development. Needs a fix or complete redo ASAP. ### 1/5 — ZERO stars *2025-10-31, version 2.0.28* This app has to be the worst app I have ever been forced to use. It costs me about $20 a week in lost wages. I am NOT exaggerating. 1) the app developer has you use a QR code that is changed every 2-3 months. Here’s the problem. You are asked to take a pic of this QR code with the phone that you have downloaded the app on… but they send you the QR code on the phone. Sooo I’m not sure what genius thought this QR code thing up, but they need to go back to the drawing board. 2) every week, this app tells me I’ve entered the wrong password. Despite the fact that I use my fingerprint to enter it. 3) it gives limited descriptions that never quite fit the situation, 4) it signs you out after 5 minutes, then decides to not let you sign back in when you are literally trying to sign out and go home. To whomever developed this app, please know that if I ever find out who you are, I will call you every single time this app refuses to sign me in. And then I will ask you to reimburse me for every single hour I’ve lost. You need to do better. This app is Beta at best, and you dare to call it 2.0 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-10, version 2.0.29* Constantly locks me out, half the time when I try to clock in it doesn’t work then other times when clocking out it clocked me out like 3 times at the same time! If I had a choice I would use something else. I recommend hiding the leave rating option on your app since you’re not going to be getting many positive ratings with this lack off app quality. The app has a GPS, a sophisticated system to track our exact location with timestamps, but total hours one worked completely escapes the developer?! Employee payroll & paycheck information should be readily available for any working individual. I don’t have issues and it tracks my clock in and out times precisely. They have not only gave me a paycheck, but they also make sure they solve any problems soon as possible. They make sure they get your hours in before they do payroll if you aren’t able to use the app to clock in and out a week before. Make sure you always ask questions and if you can’t get a hold of them at the office, email them and they will email you back and normally you get a quick response the same day. Also, everyone acts like family and treat you like your family.
