Glitchy and slow. Far worse than the last one. ### 4/5 — Living Support Specialist *2026-08-14* App works. It’s slow but it works. Doesn’t allow screenshots. ### 1/5 — Didn’t realize it could get worse than 2.0 *2026-08-14* Zero stars if possible. This update has been an even bigger nightmare than 2.0 already was. It’s a direct middle finger at every single person who receives services in this state and every employee that works for them. It’s constantly clocking us in for shifts that then suddenly disappear. I have lost over $600 in one month since using this app because the complications are not approved by the state even with time change forms. ### 1/5 — LPN *2026-08-11* Horrible!!! Constant loading even with WiFi off! When you are able to clock in/out by the time you get to your next patient it has paused loading last visit and unable to clock in to new visit. When you are able to clock in the location brings up last patient and not new. You cannot chart or call patients while on app or will log you out and have to start all over it is just a Waste of time! ### 1/5 — If I could give it less than 1 star I would *2026-08-10* This app is worse than 2.0 at first it wasn’t that bad it was only good for about 2 weeks and now all it does is load for 15 mins and then take that much more time to clock in. This app needs to be fixed or we need a different one cause this is ridiculous takes more time to clock in than anything! Then when you clock out it loads and half the time you don’t know if it active clocked you out. ### 1/5 — Bad upgrade *2026-08-10* This new app isn’t user friendly. I’m having to turn my phone off and then back on every time before clocking in. Which is time consuming. It’s not allowing me to check my times of previously logged in hours. ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2026-08-08* Before the app update I never had problems. Now I have to literally shut my phone down and create a whole new visit log in just to check out after my 2 hour visit. Half the time my client visit doesn’t show up and I have to look up my clients. I wish someone would fix it because it is terrible. This is coming from someone who is very tech savvy. I’m also a teacher and a PCA. ### 1/5 — Worst app of them so far *2026-08-06* The last app was slow, but at least it worked. This one’s ridiculous. It’s always kicking you out never connecting. GPS says I can’t find your location. You try to search for a client takes 20 minutes. Doesn’t matter the cell service. The app goes reverse back to the different spot horrible. ### 1/5 — Desperately need to update *2026-08-04* The app gives me nothing but problems everyday when trying to sign in. I have to make multiple attempts to login before it works every single time. Much worse than the 2.0 version. Also, not giving me alerts when I am near the end of the monthly hours allotted.
