Authenticator App is a two-factor authentication tool that generates one-time verification codes for websites and services supporting the TOTP or HOTP standards. Scan a QR code or enter a secret key manually to add an account. Verification codes are generated locally on your device and remain available without a continuous internet connection, making it easier to access email, social, work, developer, gaming, and other supported online accounts. Open the security settings of the website or service 2. Enable two-factor authentication or authenticator setup 3. Scan the displayed QR code with this app 4. Enter the generated code when signing in You can also enter the provided secret key manually when QR code scanning is unavailable. IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION Authentication data is sensitive. Keep your device passcode, recovery codes, backup files, and backup password in a secure location. Never share QR codes, secret keys, or active verification codes with other people. An authenticator app does not replace the account recovery options provided by each website or service. After enabling two-factor authentication, save the recovery codes supplied by that service so you can regain access if your device or authentication data becomes unavailable. [Member Description] 1.
