## What is Authenticator App+ ℠?

Authenticator App+ generates two-factor authentication codes for your online accounts and keeps your passwords in the same locked vault. Everything stays on your device. There is no account to create, no server, and nothing is collected.

CODES THAT JUST WORK
- Scan a QR code or type a secret key to add any account
- Works with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, PayPal, Discord, GitHub, Dropbox, and every service that supports authenticator apps
- Codes are generated on your device and need no internet connection
- Tap once to copy a code

MOVE IN FROM GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR
Scan the transfer QR code from Google Authenticator and your accounts come across in one step.

BACKUP YOU CONTROL
- Export an encrypted backup protected by a password you choose
- Save it anywhere — Files, iCloud Drive, another device
- Restore it on a new phone in seconds
- Deleted the app by mistake? Reinstall it and your accounts are offered back

PASSWORD VAULT
Store passwords, usernames, and notes for your accounts alongside your codes, protected the same way.

LOCKED DOWN
- Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN to open the app
- Face ID required again to reveal a secret or a saved password
- Repeated wrong PIN attempts are slowed down
- The app covers its contents in the app switcher

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Secrets and passwords live in the iOS Keychain, marked never to sync
- No analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party code
- Nothing leaves your device unless you export it yourself

ALSO INCLUDED
A browser tab that keeps no history, cookies, or cache, for signing in without switching apps.
