I downloaded this app expecting to use it with Copilot AI, but I was disappointed because many features required a paid subscription. I was looking for a free authenticator app and didn't want to pay to use it. The pricing wasn't a good fit for me, so I decided not to continue using it. I have had this app installed on my phone since 2023, but I was not actively using it. A few days ago, I accidentally opened the app, and without clear confirmation or consent, it automatically triggered a purchase for a yearly subscription!!.

I immediately requested a refund from Apple, but unfortunately, my request was denied twice. This experience feels very misleading and concerning, as subscriptions should never be initiated without explicit user approval.

I believe this situation should be reviewed, as it raises serious concerns about user consent and billing transparency.

 間違えて購入したことを伝え、返金、キャンセルの希望があると申し込んだところ、なぜキャンセルするのかを聞かれて回答したところ音沙汰なしで二ヶ月も連絡なし。
 一回も使ってないのに返金ができていません。 連絡は何度送っても返ってこず、対応がひどすぎます。

返金依頼どうするか聞いても回答が返ってきません。
