A few days ago, I accidentally opened the app, and without clear confirmation or consent, it automatically triggered a purchase for a yearly subscription!!. I immediately requested a refund from Apple, but unfortunately, my request was denied twice. This experience feels very misleading and concerning, as subscriptions should never be initiated without explicit user approval.
