I wanted an app with support and backup of your codes in case they are accidentally lost (again). Well, lo and behold they lost my codes, the backup doesn’t work, and support does not respond even if you have a paid, premium account. I otherwise wouldn’t even have this app. That being said, every time I open it to get my code I have a full screen pop up ad trying to get me to subscribe to premium. All I want to do is get into my account, it’s annoying enough to have to use 2-factor authentication and now I also have to deal with pop up ads before I can get my code. Additionally, the app recently updated and removed the only account I had linked. I cannot access my account now because I cannot get the code for it. In 1 blink my credit was charged and customer support email is nonexistent since a few days ago. So looks like I have this useless garbage $53 app on my phone until December 2026.
