To get customer support you have to use the authenticator app (a design fault?). Can a human contact me for assistance? Called microsoft but their ai bot Could not help. I did not mean to purchase this app, and there was no clear warning that I was agreeing to a paid subscription. I immediately requested a refund, but I have not received my money back. This is very disappointing and stressful. Please improve transparency about subscription charges and provide proper customer support when users request refunds.
