This company advertises a smooth and easy refund process, but that has not been my case at all. I requested a refund just one hour after purchasing, once I realized my new employer already provides the same service. Initially, they responded and even agreed to issue a refund or let me switch to another service (“Cleaner app”), which I was willing to accept. However, after that first reply, they completely stopped responding. Since October 2025, all my follow-up emails have been ignored. Now it’s the end of March 2026, and I still have no resolution. Be careful, this has been extremely frustrating.
