The app tries to pass itself off as Microsoft authenticator and tries to trick users into buying a subscription to their service. Incredibly shady.

Downloaded this by accident while trying to find the Duo Mobile Authenticator app by Cisco. Make sure Duo is by Cisco. This app tried to make me pay to use it when Authenticator apps are free from google, Microsoft and Cisco.

As you log in for the first time it asks to track your activity across apps - NO! Why should I give you free cookie info? And then asks for credit card details. Double NO! Microsoft acting like a shady two bit organisation

No idea how Apple allows them to use Microsoft logos and icons, but this is a scam app. Its setup will immediately try to trick you into paying for a subscription.

I downloaded this app in a panic because my email said I had to. This is a fake. I paid for it thinking I had to and now I can't figure out how to cancel it. It's so frustrating and such a scam!

i am rating this 1 star because the app tries to fool you into accepting a paid subscription. i downloaded the app on my personal phone for a work function and upon download the app auto-opened to a full screen subscription page with no visible option to cancel out but a single ‘continue’ button.    only after several minutes did i notice a very faint x icon in the upper left corner.  deceptive!

This app continues to try to charge me 49.99 daily for almost two weeks now. This was downloaded as a requirement for a job I have. Nowhere within the app did I sign up for premium. I have reached out several times to support for this transaction to stop. Can someone please assist me. The developer is out of Hong Kong and offers no phone number to contact anyone.

The app, quite simply, does not work. I am near tears I’m so frustrated. Literally all I want to do is log into my company email and it has become impossible. We already had 2-factor authentication. Is this app really necessary? All it is doing is preventing me from completing work, which I cannot afford to do because I’m paid hourly. Either start over to create something without the bugs or shoot this app into the hottest part of the sun. I deserve compensation for being tortured by Microsoft.

First, this is NOT this Microsoft version. This is a copy/fake. Second, you HAVE to unsubscribe of they will charge you the lifetime fee. Plus they DO NOT reply to emails. I sent an email asking how to unsubscribe and delete this subscription before they charge me but ZERO response. I had to look on YouTube for some help getting rid of this app before they charged me.
