Update 08/29/2025
I finally got a reply to my email a few days after sending it. The support team is very courteous, and offered many possible solutions, none of which worked. I just tried disabling my VPN (which has never been a problem before) and that allowed the app to start. 

I generally think the app works well, but I am leaving it at 4 stars because I don’t think a VPN should interfere with an app, and had I had a very time sensitive issue with one of the accounts I use this app for, the length of time it took them to respond could have been very problematic.

Up until my most recent iPhone update, the app worked fine. But now it won’t load past the launch page. I paid for a lifetime premium subscription, so payment shouldn’t be the problem. I read some reviews here and saw their response with the support email address, so I emailed them. So far, radio silence. It’s going to be a royal pain trying to log into the sites I used this app for, and change them to a different Authenticator. I am not pleased.

Used this app for a year without fail, but then upon upgrading my iPhone the app would not restore itself despite my having paid for a lifetime subscription.   After no response to online emails asking repeatedly for support, I gave up and found another authenticator.

J’essaie de renouveler mon application Microsoft 365 Business standard: impossible !
Je suis obligé de passer par cette appli qui me demande des codes qui ne fonctionnent pas, des qr codes qui n’existent pas !
Une horreur absolue, développée par des personnes qui ne s’en servent probablement pas elles mêmes et qui se moquent totalement des clients qui sont obligés d’utiliser cette bouse intégrale

I now HATE this Authenticator with a strong passion now I got a new phone logged back into my apple account downloaded this back so that I can get back into my account on Roblox but when I tried to log in Roblox it says it needs the Authenticator pin so I try and get it and for some apparent reason it isn’t there at all I don’t know why but you guys are seriously the worst authenthicator I’ve used.

Clicked by mistake - instantly charged my cc $79…..when I realized my mistake I went to my subscriptions in Apple ID - not showing.

Appears this is an ad based scam - Apple should remove it from their store…all reviews state same experience as mine. All are 1 star, yet they show as 4 star….what a joke. Reviews do not lie! Developer (ahem Scammer) replies back that they follow IOS rules, and should be able to go into Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions and manage from there…..if not showing there you are not subscribed….really why was I charged $79 then….

En voulant installer le vrai Authenticator de Microsoft j’ai téléchargé cette app. 
Je l’ai vite désinstallée en comprenant mon erreur mais elle m’a lancé d’elle même un abonnement à 49,99€ par an. 
Je m’en rends compte 1 an après et j’ai perdu 100€.
