When I try to install it on that only option I get "loading" and nothing more. - 😞 I can only access it seems by Face ID but Face ID is not recognising my face so I cannot get past Step 1. I forget my password and cannot reset just with a text message as it tells me I must use Authenticator. But I can't get access to that either. There should be another way apart from a text. Why not an email address? How do I contact someone to get help??? - 😞 Purchased lifetime and when I open app it keeps asking me to pay for a year to use any features - 😞 It looks like Google Authenticator and you have to pay for a monthly subscription. Frustrating. - 😞 Does nothing but take advantage of those who don’t know any better with exorbitant subscription fees. - 😞 I can’t even choose to not buy it, no I “must buy it” - 😞 This is misleading as most companies use twilio authority, not this one. I dowloaded it and it's absolutely worthless and just takes me to the page telling me to buy the premium version.
